Luis Narro

Since 2015, he has worked in emerging startup markets, with a special focus on Peru and Latin America. Currently, he is an Investor at Alaya Capital, a venture capital firm investing in Spanish-speaking Latin America. His role includes managing investor relations, conducting investment analysis, and providing portfolio support. Previously, he served as Executive Director at PECAP (Peru’s VC Association), where he led the organization's growth from 5 founding members to 50 paid members by September 2021, developed its business model, and defined its value proposition (including research, public policy, and building an investor community, as well as organizing PVCC20 & PVCC21, Peru’s main VC events). He also worked at Swiss EP, a global technical assistance program for incubators, accelerators, and VC firms in emerging markets, and at COFIDE, Peru’s Development Bank, where he supported the creation of Peru’s first VC fund of funds.
